What should I bring?
We recommend bringing: Sunscreen Towels Swimsuits Snacks and beverages (ask us if you’d like to bring alcohol) Valid ID and credit card used for the booking We provide all safety equipment and a fun, friendly experience on the water!
Is the boat good for events or parties?
Yes! Our boats are perfect for birthdays, engagements, bachelor/bachelorette parties, sunset cruises, or even corporate events. Let us know what you’re celebrating—we can help plan something special.
Where can we go during the charter?
Our charters explore some of Miami’s best spots by water, including: Haulover Sandbar Brickell skyline views Key Biscayne / Marine Stadium The iconic Miami River Bayside and Downtown Miami Inner Miami Beach waters Monument Island Picnic Island Please note: We do not offer open water or deep-sea sailing. Our routes are designed for smooth cruising, safety, and fun in Miami’s beautiful inner waterways—perfect for relaxing, partying, or taking in the scenery.
Can I drive the boat myself?
Sorry, no guest driving allowed—even if you have the best boating playlist or claim to “know a guy who taught you once.” All of our charters come with a licensed and experienced captain who handles all navigation and safety protocols. You get to relax, dance, snap selfies, and soak up the Miami views—we’ll handle the steering wheel (and the tides).
Is there a damage deposit?
No, there is no damage deposit required. The initial payment you make covers both your booking and rental fees. We're committed to providing a smooth and easy experience for you, with no hidden fees or surprises.
Are kids allowed on board?
Yes, kids are welcome on our charters! However, extra caution is strongly advised—especially around the water and while the boat is moving. For safety reasons, we do not recommend bringing toddlers or babies aboard. While we provide life jackets and follow safety protocols, boats are not the best environment for very young children. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we’ll help you decide what’s best for your group.
Can I bring my dog?
Short answer: No Long answer: It depends on the size, breed, and the specific boat you're booking. For everyone's safety and comfort, please ask us when inquiring so we can confirm if your furry friend can come aboard. We love pets, but we also want to make sure the experience is enjoyable (and safe) for them too!
Can I reschedule my booking?
Yes, rescheduling is possible, but please note that it must be done at least 48 hours prior to your original booking. This allows us to ensure availability for your new date and time. If you need to make changes, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.
